Feeling intensely is not a sign of weakness
it is the sign of great aliveness and great compassion.
HIGHLY SENSITIVE PEOPLE (HSP)
The term high sensitive people (HSP) was coined in the 1990s by the American scientist and psychotherapist Elaine Aron. It describes the more intensive and detailed perception of highly sensitive people who therefore need more time to process the stimuli than other people. This often creates a lot of internal pressure, which can lead to mental disorders.
