House Prema

The house is originally a typical portuguese country house with charm and was divided
into two independent residential units -> 1. House Prema and 2. House Manjari.
It is therefore suitable for a single person or maximum one couple.

A large studio with approx. 28 sqm (living/bedroom), the spacious outdoor kitchen is located 1 m opposite the studio,
the outdoor bathroom is located 1 m opposite the outdoor kitchen, large terrace with garden furniture and garden area.
All apartments are fully furnished with equipped kitchen and are connected by footpaths!

Costs
mthly. 480,-€

Including internet (Starlink), electricity (solar system) and water from a natural spring.
Shared use of the herb garden and fruit trees is possible.
During longer stays you are welcome to cultivate your own small garden.

Firewood for the winter must be purchased.
Kindling is available in the area.
