___________
HSP types
Obviously highly sensitive people
It is often too loud for them, they avoid crowds, tend to withdraw and need more rest. Unfortunately, these HSPs often have little access to theirs Strengthen as a highly sensitive person.
Hidden highly sensitive people
You tend to lead a double life. At home or among people who are very familiar, they show themselves for what they really are, but outside they like to appear different. Unfortunately, they have learned to hide their sensitive side for fear of not “arriving” well or being hurt or exploited. Over time, this misrepresentation creates extreme internal pressure and an internal turmoil – not knowing who you really are.
The “Power” highly sensitive people
But there are also energetic, highly sensitive people who can be quite successful because they have learned to use their sensitivity, for example in professional life / school. Mostly, however, little capacity remains for one’s own internal concerns, which can permanently lead to severe exhaustion.
