There are many types of energy intake, one of which is our food. Everything that comes from nature and predominantly grows where we live is best suited. The more natural the food, the more energy it can give us (for example fresh fruit, vegetables, wild herbs, nuts, seeds, etc.)
Since animals are beings with similar sensations and needs as we humans,
we recommend a vegetarian / vegan diet.
Food such as meat, excessive dairy products, sweets, alcohol, coffee, etc. over-acidify the body in the long term and thus weaken it. An over-acidic body is the basis of illness. A balanced acid-base balance helps your body to be healthy and vital.
Intolerances
– do not always make themselves immediately noticeable. You are more likely to feel energized, not fit or have a bloated stomach.
Allergies
Please consult a doctor if you have allergies!
Blemishes
– also often result from poor diet and / or stress.
– Can also be the cause of a bacterial effect, for example acne.

Regular, healthy, balanced meals every day are the best “diet”! People have different metabolisms, so two to four meals a day are very important (but not while growing).
We need at least four hours before we should have the next meal, as we need this time to digest the meals. Simple, quick cooking recipes help us to take care of our nutrition despite our everyday life.
